sweet summer celebration!!

so, basically i was inspired by a cute door mat that i bought a couple of months ago. ideas immediately started swirling in my head as to what i could do with this theme. after a little thought, i knew an end of the school year celebration was it! so, i went to work planning this little get together. we invited over close friends from school on the last day. it was a half day so it was perfect. i served lunch and treats and we had a day of swimming and celebrating getting through another year! ahhh..summer is finally here and i couldn't be more excited!!

dreaming of an indian summer...

my friend and co-partner of a lot of girls night parties;), hosted a kick off summer party. we themed it indian summer. we both had so much fun visioning and creating for this party. we also made it a craft night where every girl created her own dream catcher..at the end of the night every girl voted on their favorite and that person went home with a prize.

 picked out a bunch of rocks and painted them to put at the bottom of the vase.

 i spray painted the these paper mach letters with metallics and loved the way they turned out.
